| Abstract: | According to the features of complexity and fuzziness of the Evaluation of the digital library information service quality, this paper instructs its model of evaluation with the analytic hierarchy process. So the credibility and exactness of the result of evaluation will be improved. In this paper a case is given to show the use of the model of evaluation. |
