城市社区建设与市民社会建构

改革开放后,为适应市场经济的发展,国家权力逐渐从经济、社会领域收缩,国家与个人、家庭之间出现真空地带,市民社会开始孕育.文章在分析我国市民社会背景的基础上,探讨了在中国历史和现实条件下我国以社区建设为主要标志的市民社会建构过程中政府的角色定位,并在市民社会框架上提出了政府参与社区建设的度的问题.

Establishment of Urban Community and Construction of Civil Society

In order to adapt itself to the development of market economy, the Chinese government's power gradually contracts in the fields of economics and society after China carried out the policy of reform and opening-up. So the link between the government and the family and the individual was weak, which gave birth to the civil society. On the basis of analyzing the social background of civil society in our country, this paper mainly probes into the role of the government during the course of the civil society construction, which regards the urban community establishment as its symbol in the historical and present situation of China. Apart from it, it also puts forward the problem of the intervening degree of the government in the community construction under the frame of the civil society.
