| 摘 要： | 大学不仅是城市经济增长的推动力量,更是城市的灵魂象征与精神代表。本文借鉴城市社会学理论,在分析创意城市3T理论及相关要素的基础上,评介大学校区、科技园区、公共社区“三区联动”战略形成的合理性、理念及框架,论述了大学在三区联动中的核心作用,并对大学如何应对问题、引领城区发展提出了可行的政策建议。

| Abstract: | University is not only one of the important driving forces of the city economic growth but also the symbolization of city spirit. Based on 3T (technology, talent and tolerance) theorys of creative city, the paper analyses the rationality, idea and framework of the strategy of integration of 3 districts, i.e. campus, scientific and technologic park and community. It demonstrates that the modern university plays a vital role in the integration of 3 districts, and gives feasible suggestions to university on how to face the problems and promote the city's development. |
