对我国地方政府信息公开目录分类体系的编制建议

以政府信息公开网站为依托，探讨当前地方政府信息公开目录分类体系应用状况。通过浙江省、南宁市政府信息公开分类体系的案例，从其指导原则、主题分类、服务分类、机构（部门）分类的角度进行分析和说明，发现信息公开分类体系存在的问题，以此为基础，对地方政府信息公开目录体系的编制提出一些有针对性、可行性的建议，从而提升政府部门服务质量和工作效率。

Programming Proposals of Classification System of Chinese Local Government Information Openness Catalog

Based on government information sites,the paper investigates the current information classification system of local governments. By taking Zhejiang provincial and Nanning local governments as examples,it analyses and describes various aspects, such as guiding principles, subject classification, service object classification and department classification of classification system of Chinese government information openness catalog. It finds out the current problems of local government information openness, and puts forward the perfecting and feasible suggestions on the program of classification system of Chinese government information openness catalog to improve government departments’ service quality and efficiency.
