| 摘 要： | 依次用SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)水溶液、PhOH—HOAc—H_2O和DMSO(二甲基亚矾)水溶液为提取介质,制备了纯茶叶细胞壁材料.茶叶细胞壁中蛋白质和羟脯氨酸含量分别为:8.1%和0.54%.

| Abstract: | The purifed cell wall material of tea leaf was prepared by sequentially extracting the wet broken tissue with aq. sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) ,PHOH - HOAc - H2O and aq. dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO). The protein and hydnoxyproline content of the cell wall preperation are 8. 1% and 0. 54% .rspectively. |
