网络环境下学生评教机制的理性思考

学生评教活动是学校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,是促进教学质量提高的有效手段之一.在当前网络环境下,如何利用网络技术构建科学合理的评价体系和开展公正客观的学生评教活动,是教学管理部门需要深入研讨的新课题.开展学生网上评教的目的是使学生全员全程参与,确保原始评价数据的真实有效性,使评价结果更加准确,评价指标体系应能充分体现教师的综合水平,全面反映教学的各个环节,学生评教应至少在开学一个月后至课程考试前之间进行,要实行动态评价,评价结果宜在本学期考试结束后公布,避免学生出现顾忌成绩心理,不能以正常心态测评.
