河南省农村中小学体育教育的现状调查与分析

我国是农业大国 .农村中小学的体育教育是高校体育教育基础的重要组成部分 .对河南省 1 73所中小学的调查表明 ,农村中小学的体育教育现状不容乐观 .体育师资状况、教育设施、教学管理、领导重视程度与教育部规定的要求均存在较大差距 .要解决这些问题 ,一方面应从民族振兴的高度 ,大力加强健康第一的意识教育和宣传 ,提高学生、家长、社会、学校对体育教育的认识 .另一方面 ,应逐步增加体育教育经费的投入 ,从师资、管理、器材、场地等方面完善学校体育教学系统 .

Investigation and Analysis of Elementary School and Middle School Physical Education in Rural Area of Henan Province

In our country, an agrarian country, physical education in rural area elementary schools and middle schools constitutes a significant portion of the basis of physical culture in higher education. Investigation of 173 schools in Henan province found out that the situation of physical education in rural area is anything but reassuring. Conditions of teachers, teaching facilities, administration and cadres' attitude are far from satisfactory to meet the requirement of Ministry of Education. This problem is supposed to be solved, on one hand, in the depth of national rejuvenation, by propagation of physical health, to inculcate students, parents, society and schools with the consciousness of physical education. On the other hand, increased funds are supposed to be invested to improve the conditions including teacher training, administration, equipments, and playing fields.
