中美高校与企业合作的动因、方式、成效和环境的比较研究

校企合作是高校服务社会的重要途径.为借鉴美国校企合作的先进经验,推动广东高校校企合作的进一步发展,本文从合作动因、合作方式及成效、合作环境等多个角度出发对比美国高校和我国高校的校企合作模式.通过比较研究,分析中美校企合作在资金、人才、技术和信息的需求动力,合作方式的发展成熟程度,以及社会和市场环境的支持程度等方面所存在的差异,并从中发现广东高校在校企合作中存在的问题,建议借鉴美国高校成熟和多样化的校企合作模式,强化自主创新,加强队伍建设,创新体制机制,营造合作环境,提高校企校地合作成效.

Comparison on the Motivation, Mode, Effect and Environment of the University-enterprise Cooperation in China and U.S.

University-enterprise cooperation is an important way for universities to serve the society.In order to learn the cooperation experience from U.S.and further promote the university-enterprise cooperation in Guangdong,it compares the university-enterprise cooperation modes in China and U.S.from various prospects,including cooperation motivation,mode,effect and environments.In the comparison,it analyzes the differences between the university-enterprise cooperation in China and U.S.in the following aspects: The demand dynamic in capital,human resource,technology and information;the development maturity of cooperation mode;the support from the society and market environments.Based on the analysis,it reveals the existing problems in today’s university-enterprise cooperation in Guangdong.To overcome such deficiencies,it suggests to learn the various advanced cooperation mode from U.S.,reinforce independent innovation,strengthen the construction of faculty teams,innovate the systems and mechanisms,and construct suitable cooperation environments,so that the university-enterprise cooperation effect can be significantly improved.
