| Abstract: | The main body of the acceptance of bribes of unit is the state-run unit,it is their objective respect important documents to " seek the interests for others " and " of a serious nature ". Receive commission , service charge construct cost guilty need possess this important terms " in the dark outside the account ". The acceptance of bribes of unit should be determined as " the acceptance of bribes of state-run unit ". |
