| Abstract: | The construction of a learning-type society requires the learning-oriented construction of various types of organizations. Staff of scholarly journals of colleges and universities entrusted with missions of issuing, disseminating and exchanging knowledge and information, particularly the results of scientific and technological research, must take effective measures to strengthen their learning in order to adapt to the requirements of the age of knowledge economy and better perform their missions given by the new century. |
