| Abstract: | The previous strategic decision decides corporate strategic tracks that will impact the unborn strategic decision. And strategic decision impacts the foster of corporate competitiveness and the improvement of performances. This paper analyses the characteristic of strategic track and the paths of impacting corporate competitiveness, then presents the measures to cope the effect of strategic track for corporation. |
