| 摘 要： | 陆贾和贾谊都是汉初重要的思想家，通过对陆贾和贾谊思想的分析，我们得出汉代儒家思想间的多元、融合是在对先秦儒学的继承和创新基础上而来的。新学说总是对原有的旧学说继承的要比发展的更多一些。陆贾和贾谊对先秦儒家思想的理解是建立在对汉初现实情况和对先秦历史经验的总结基础之上的。他们的思想代表了他们所处时代的特征．也代表了一种区别于先秦儒学的新趋向。

| Abstract: | Lu Jia and Jia Yi are the great thinkers of the early Han Dynasty, by analyzing their thoughts, we get a conclusion that the diversity and the mergence of Confucians' thoughts in Han Dynasty are based on the inheritance and the innovation of Confucianism in the former Qin Dynasty. Lu Jia's and Jia Yi's understanding to Confucian's thought in the former Qin Dynasty are formed basing on the real situations of the early Han Dynasty and the experience conclusion of the former Qin Dynasty. Their thoughts represent the features of their living times and the new trend that is different from the Confucianism of the former Qin Dynasty. |
