| 摘 要： | 认为当前的国内外环境为我国开展电子政务打下了坚实基础，介绍政府对公民电子服务(government to citizen，G2C)模式的内涵。对G2C模式的成本效益、技术支持、战略构架和发展的制约因素进行分析，并就如何推进我国电子政务建设提出相应策略。

| Abstract: | This article introduces a G2C mode on the basis of E-govemment environment. With a reference to G2C mode, the paper mainly focuses the cost-effect analysis from the angle of progressive margin cost decrease of E-governmentand the technical support analysis from the aspect of "one-stop access" services. What's more, based on G2C's role in the overall goal of E-government development, this thesis also makes a penetrating exploration to some factors restricting the G2C mode development, and consequently proposes a series of feasible tactics for the corresponding problems. |
