| 摘 要： | 国有企业经营者的不良行为已经成为阻碍国有企业发展的重要因素，不仅对我国经济发展危害极大，而且造成了很坏的社会影响。 有效防范国有企业经营者不良行为的措施是建立、健全国有企业的现代化企业制度，推动企业家职业化，构建有效 的国有企业经营者激励、约束机制。

| Abstract: | The malignant behaviors of the state owned enterprises'managers have grown into the barrier of their development,which has done great harm to our economy and exerted a negative influence on the public. To establish a modern system of enterprise,complete the professionalization of entrepreneurs and frame an effective system of encouragement and supervision is a promising measurement to prevent the malignant behaviors. |
