Reform and Privatization of Transportation Regulatory: Reason Interpretation and International Practice

The reasons and motivations of transportation regulatory reform are diversified, including the unsatisfactory transportation regulatory effect, recognition of industrial property, ：revolution of transportation structure, etc. The integrative action of these motive mechanisms bring about a wide range of reform tides of transportation regulation.
