流态化预分解技术与增加余热发电项目的研究

摘    要:流态化预分解技术是将生料经流态化分解炉分解后,经旋风筒分离入窑使窑增产,并且将排出的高温气体供余热锅炉、汽轮发电机发电.本将这一先进技术应用在老水泥厂的技术改造上,并对流态化预分解炉和旋风筒的结构进行了确定、设计、计算和说明.实践证明,该技术改造项目使我厂水泥熟料的产量每小时增加了4吨,发电量每小时增加了320KW,经济效益可观.

Abstract:The technology of fluidization predecomposition is to make the raw materials decompose in fluidization decomposition furnace, then into cellar through whirlwind tube for increasing production,and make the discharged high-temperature gas into remaining heat boiler or turbine generator to generate electricity. This paper applies the advanced technology to the technical remolding of the old cement factory. Also, structure of fluidization decomposition furnace and whirlwind tube is determined, designed, calculated and specified.
