幼儿园女教师工作家庭关系研究

摘    要:幼儿园女教师工作家庭关系存在两种主要类型,即工作家庭冲突和工作家庭促进。教师个人因素、家庭因素、幼儿园组织因素、幼儿园教师的职业特点以及社会因素成为影响幼儿园女教师工作家庭关系的五大因素。构建幼儿园女教师工作与家庭之间的平衡,不仅需要教师个人的努力,还需要幼儿园组织管理者和教师家人的理解、支持和帮助。

On the Relationship between Family and Work of Female Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:The paper points out that it is important to study the relationship between work and family of female kindergarten teachers, and it focuses on the two typical types: work-family conflict and work-family facilitate. Then, the paper analyze the five factors that influence the female teachers' work-family relationship. At last, in order to help teachers construct harmonious relationship between work and family, it provides some suggestions for the kindergarten managers and teachers respectively.
