| 摘 要： | 核心能力的结构解析是核心能力培育的前提。我国电力企业只有在科学地解析自己的核心能力体系的基础之上，才能大幅度地提高核心能力培育的效率。验证性因子分析可以为指标体系提供现实性的检验。
