| 摘 要： | 以前喻文化为主流文化类型的社会里，社会政治经济发生重大变化。教师权威在新的时代背景下被赋予了不同的含义。由制度因素形成的外烁权威连渐向由个人的知识、智慧和人格所形成的内塑权威转型。
