| 摘 要： | 高等学校的职能是高校存在的基础和依据。同时高校的职能是一个发展的概念，随着信息时代的到来，高校的职能必然要发生变化。文章从高校职能的历史演变谈起，论述了信息时代高校传统职能的新内涵，并指出创新是信息时代高等学校的新职能。

| Abstract: | The functions of higher education institutions are their base and foundation for existence. And the function is a developing concept, with the arrival of information age, the functions is to change inevitably. From the historical change of the functions, this paper expounds the new connotation of the traditional functions and points out that innovation is the new function in information age. |
