The Status Quo and Prospect of Hainan Literature

After development of two decades,a ＂literary contingent＂ has been built up in Hainan,of which many have exerted an extensive impact nationwide.While Hainan is now no longer a province with a poor literary basis and fame,it is still imbalanced in its social milieu for literary creation,for much leaves to be desired in the creation of novels themed on local subject matters.It remains a grave issue for writers in Hainan as to how to replenish picturesque Hainan with profound cultural connotations.
