当前,我国学校体育教育在教育思想上由社会主体转变为学生主体,而且出现了集合化、技术化、健康化的发展趋势;教育目的由应试教育转变为素质教育;教育内容从过去的统一化、成人化、平面化和技术化转变为选择化、个性化、立体化和健康化;教育方法从传统的注入式、训练式教学转变为启发式、互动式教学,这四个层面的变革必将推动学校体育教育进入一个全新的历史阶段.

With the foundation of socialist market economy and the further development of opening and reform,schools' education has been changed from the social orientation to students' orientation and the aggressive,technical and healthy trend appears.The educational aim has developed into quality education from exam-oriented one.Its contents have become choice,personification,combination and health rather than unification,adulation,single-level or skilling.It methods have transferred into enlightment and interactive from dropping-in and exercising.All these will promote the reform of P.E education into an overwhelming new stage.
