| Abstract: | Localization of online education is a fundamental issue which will influence its development. There are quite different developing modes between the online education inside and outside the school. Old fashioned way of evaluation, lower quality of the teaching environment, unsophisticated educational mode, insufficient autonomous capability of learners, all of these are some key factors that have affected the quality of network education. |
