| Abstract: | Omission is a very common method in the process of English-Chinese translation.On the premise of grasping the spirit of the original text,translators can make the version more refined,more exact and smoother by using omission method.It has its own regulations to abide by and it is a very practical translating approach.This author represents the utility of omission by connecting her own teaching practice with the translating theory. |
