| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学开展至今,已成为"我国高等教育的重要组成部分"。其政策发展经历了三个阶段,取得了一定的成效也存在一些执行偏差。鉴于此,通过分析2012年全国中外合作办学项目数据,以政策执行的视角,透视了中外合作办学项目执行中存在的问题,并提出针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Sino-foreign cooperation in education has so far become one of the major parts in our higher education. Its policy devel-opment went through three phases and made some progress,but there exists some implementation deviation. This paper analyses the 2012 year＆#39;s data of Sino-foreign cooperation programs in education,and from the aspects of policy implementation,the author enumer-ates some problems and presents pertinent suggestions. |
