高校生命危机事件中的信息传播和沟通

近十年来,高校生命危机事件的频繁发生,在社会上形成强烈的反响,在这些与生命有关的危机事件管理中,每一次危机的发生从媒体议题到公众议题再到政府(高校领导)议题,都是遵循一定的规律性。这就需要高校的代言人掌握信息传播的原则和技巧,第一时间与媒体主动沟通,更大程度地使信息透明化,争取处理问题的主动性和有效性。

On the Spread of Information and Communication in University Life Crisis

In the recent decade,life crisis events frequently occur in university,causing strong reaction in society. Every time the event happens,it follows certain law,starting from the discussion in the media to the public discussion and finally going on to the issue for the government（ university leaders）to discuss in the management of these events. This requires the spokesman of the university to master some the principles and techniques of information spread,get in touch with the media right after it happens to make the informa-tion as transparent as possible and strive for the initiative and effectiveness of solving the crisis.
