| 摘 要： | 西方发达国家在校企合作教育方面取得了举世瞩目的成绩,给我们提供了宝贵的经验。但由于国情不同,我国高校的校企合作教育必须立足于国情及学校的实际情况,采取有效措施,走出一条适合实际、具有鲜明特色的人才培养之路。黑龙江工程学院引国际大公司入校,通过共建专业特色实验室、共建人才培养基地、开展订单式人才培养、共建校企研发中心等途径,创新了校企合作育人新模式,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The western developed countries have made remarkable achievements in school-enterprise cooperation,offering us valu-able experience. But due to different national conditions,our country＆#39;s school-enterprise cooperation must be based on our national con-dition and the actual situation of schools. We must take effective measures and embark on a talent cultivation road that corresponds to the reality and has sharp characteristics. Heilongjiang Institute of Technology brings in large international companies into the universi-ty,innovates the school-enterprise mode by establishing characteristic laboratories,talent cultivation bases,carrying out order-based training and setting up school-enterprise research and development centers and achieve good results. |
