| 摘 要： | 以“素质教育”为宗旨，以课程学和心理学理论为指导，运用优教片和实习生教学片进行问题教学，从教学技能，教学套路和教学策略三方面对学生进行培训，是提高学生笑语师范素质的一种行之有效的电教方法，值得探讨。
