| 摘 要： | 新兴技术具有高度的不确定性与创造性毁灭的特征。在高度不确定的环境下为新兴技术制定投资战略,是新兴技术成功的关键环节。在新兴技术研究开发(R＆D)、中试、商业化和生产经营规模化四个阶段要分别控制不同风险,保证投资的高收益。

| Abstract: | This article introduces that the two essential characteristics of emerging technology are high uncertainty and creative destruction. It indicates that it is vital to work out the investment strategy for emerging technology to achieve success in the situation of high uncertainty. It also discusses that it is necessary to ensure the high return of the investment to control different risks at the four phases of emerging technology development. |
