项目导向型科技企业孵化器的建设方法研究

本文基于对天津地区科技企业孵化器的调研和问题分析结果,提出了项目导向型科技企业孵化器这一概念,并从组织结构、管理机制、企业文化和管理能力四方面阐释了该新型组织模式的内涵及特点,进而从以项目团队为核心的组织结构、项目化的管理机制、合作与学习型企业文化以及创新管理能力持续提升几方面对该新型组织模式的建设方法进行了探讨,为有效解决孵化器企业目前存在的问题、进行组织变革和竞争力提升提供了有利借鉴。

Building Approach of the Project-oriented Science and Technology Business Incubators

Based on the result of investigation and problems analysis of science and technology business incubators in Tianjin,the concept of project-oriented science and technology business incubator is put forward.By explaining the meaning,features and factors of organizational structure,managerial mechanism,organizational culture and managerial capability,the paper studies the building approach of the incubators,from the respects of team-center organization,management mechanism of projectization,cooperative and learning organization culture and sustainable enhancing of innovation management capability,which can be the preferable ways to resolve current problems.
