| Abstract: | n this paper,firsuly,several sufficient conditions for quasi-block diagonally dominant matrices are given.Then,by using these results,the nonsingularity,distribution of eigenvalue of blockdouble mean diagonally dominant matrices and the convergence of Jacobi iterative method for solving linear system are studied. |
