摘    要:目的/意义] 在介绍国内外图书馆创客空间发展的基础上,针对当前图书馆重视创客空间建设,而忽略对创客进行嵌入式服务的问题进行探讨,并阐述嵌入式创客服务对创客科技创新及图书馆服务转型的重要意义。方法/过程] 从创客的需求与嵌入式服务的特点出发,分析高校图书馆开展嵌入式创客服务的可行性。针对当前图书馆嵌入式服务关注重点科研用户、忽略大众创客群体这一问题,探讨在人力、物力有限的情况下如何构建嵌入式创客服务团队以及具体的服务模式。结果/结论] 提出协同创新型嵌入式创客服务模式和用户交互订制的创客服务平台的构想,为未来图书馆服务转型提供切入点。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] Firstly, this paper introduces the development situation of library maker space at home and abroad. On this basis, it discusses the current problem that library focuses on the construction of maker space, but ignores the embedded service for the makers. And then it expounds the significance of the library embedded service to the technological innovation of makers and the transformation of library services.Method/process] According to the demands of makers and characteristics of embedded services, this paper analyzes the feasibility of carrying out embedded service for makers in university libraries. Library embedded service pays more attention to scientific users than public makers. So then it explores how to build an embedded services team as well as the specific service mode under the limited manpower and materials.Result/conclusion] At last, this paper puts forward the collaborative innovative embedded service mode for makers and the interactive custom-made service platform, to provide breakthrough point for transformation of library service.
