民办高校图书馆阅读疗法实施模式研究

摘    要:目的/意义] 针对阅读疗法在民办高校领域的研究缺失和探索空白,构建适合我国民办高校运行的阅读疗法实施模式,以弥补民办高校心理健康教育发展滞后的不足。方法/过程] 在充分论述模式构建依据的基础上,提出模式的总体框架,包括主次两条路线,并重点阐述主要路线的运行,即针对民办高校学生的心理特点,将阅读疗法对象分为新生群体、二、三年级群体和毕业生群体,并建立与之相对应的适应调整、自我发展、就业指导3类资源主题。结果/结论] 作为心理健康教育的创新形式,阅读疗法在民办高校领域的有效推行,不仅为民办高校图书馆的信息服务与教育职能拓展出一个新的生长点,同时可为民办高校心理健康教育模式的多元化、途径方法的多样化提供发展思路。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] There is a virgin area in private university for research on reading therapy. The implementation model of reading therapy should be promoted to make up for the lack of mental health education in private universities.Method/process] In the implementation model of reading therapy,the research focuses on the main route. According to psychological characteristics of private university students, service objects of reading therapy are divided into three categories, including freshmen, grade two or three students and graduates. By contrast,document resources are divided into three types of adjustment, self development and employment guidance.Result/conclusion] As the innovation of mental health education, an implementation model of reading therapy in private universities should be promoted, which is conducive to not only the development of library information services, but also the diversification of psychological education.
