| 摘 要： | 根据高校在校园安全方面的建设现状，结合本高校的实际情况，提出了c／s模式的视频监控管理模式。借助GIS在NetFramework框架下，研究设计了WFP校园视频监控系统，并阐述系统的架构，工作原理，主要功能及系统实现的关键技术，最后分析了系统存在的不足和今后的发展方向。
