| 摘 要： | 利用普通高校依托培养军事人才是新时期国防建设的必然选择。文章采取座谈、访谈的方式对重庆地区国防生教育管理现状进行了初步调查和深入分析。阐述了以提高学习能力为核心．以军政训练为载体．以理想信念教育为渠道，着力于提高生源质量、加强教育启发、增强学习能力、培育群体氛围四个方面的教育管理对策．

| Abstract: | Taking advantages of universities to cultivate military talents is the need of defense construction. Based on symposiums and interviews, this research takes an investigation in three universifies in Chongqing from three aspects： study, military training and education. This paper has made an analysis and discussion about those research resuhs and provided the education management countermeasures of national defense students. |
