卫生职业院校化学分层教学的实践与思考

摘    要:《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》指出,创新人才培养模式要注重因材施教,关注学生的不同特点和个体差异.发展每一位学生的优势潜能.推进分层教学。因此.在化学教学中实施分层教学模式是实施素质教育的要求.是提高学生综合素质的有效途径。本文本着因材施教的原则.对卫生职业院校化学分层教学法做了一些探讨。

Abstract:Stratified teaching is to teaching students in accordance with their own aptitudes, and it's the way of innovative talent training. Therefore, to implement stratified teaching model in chemistry teaching is the requirement of quality education and it is also an effective approach to improve students' comprehensive quality. This paper explores ehemistry stratified teaching in vocational medical college with the principle of teaching students in accordance with their own aptitudes.
