| 摘 要： | 高校研究生的教育和培养是我国研究生教育面临的重大课题．因此研究与借鉴国外研究生的培养模式、教育方法是十分必要的。本文细述了美国高校研究生培养中的六大特点，为我国研究生培养模式提出一些建议和思考。
