| 摘 要： | 甘肃民办高等教育发展存在起步晚，规模小；基础条件差；师资流动性强，年龄老化；发展水平低；办学类型单一等问题。其发展受制于政策、观念、资金、生源、师资、内部管理等因素。其未来发展应坚持科学发展观，合理定位，优化结构，完善法律制度，注重品牌，强化师资等。

| Abstract: | There are problems exist in private higher education development in Gansu,such as late start, small scale, low basic condition, quick liquidity and old ages of teachers, low develop level, single type of campus. Its developing is limited by the factors such as policy, concept, funds, source of students, internal management. The future development should stick to scientific development, view orientate resonably, optimize structure, perfect law, pay attention to brands, improve teachers quality, ect. |
