| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生、就业体制改革的深化,高等教育大众化的推进,职业指导已经成为高校人才培养非常重要和必要的一个环节。本文分析了高校开展学生职业指导的现实意义与存在的问题,初步探讨了加强学科建设、构建全程化体系、培养专业化师资等进一步开展学生职业指导的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform on university enrollment and employment systems and popularization of higher education, vocational guidance has become important and indispensable in talents cultivation.This paper analyses the practical significance and the existing problems of vocational guidance and explores the measures of furthering vocational guidance : reinforceing discipline construction ,establishing a whole-course system and training professional teaching faculty. |
