体育锻炼对认知和情绪的影响综述

摘    要:体育锻炼有助于认知功能的提高,尤其是那些对注意力和反应速度要求高的任务。在训练和比赛中加强对运动员的情绪调节,可对训练和比赛的效果起到事半功倍的作用。采用文献资料方法,论述了体育锻炼对认知和情绪的影响,为防治各种运动中复杂的认知错误和不良的情绪状态提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The exercise training is helpful to the enhancement of eognition function,especially in the request of the high duty to the attention and the reaction rate. Strengthening the adjustment of athlete's mood in the training and the competition can enhance the performance effectively. Therefore this article uses the literature material method and discusses the effects of physical training on the cognition and mood. It can advances the scientific theory for different cognitions and bad mood.
