X射线粉末衍射仪在实验教学中的应用

摘    要:利用x射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对TiO2粉末试样进行物相分析,把该仪器用于实验教学中,使学生了解x射线粉末衍射分析仪的工作原理,熟悉D8 ADVANCE型x射线衍射仪的使用方法以及培养学生对科研的兴趣和锻炼学生创造性思维都有其重要的意义。

Abstract:The powder of titanium oxide has been analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction analyzer.There are three motives in this experiment.First is to show the working principle of XRD analyzer to the students. Second is to let the students be familiar with the operation of Bruker D8 ADVANCE XRD analyzer and being wise to analyze the experimental data.It is significant that the students' interests and their creative ideas on science research might be brought up during the experiment.
