| 摘 要： | 农业职业教育是培养高素质劳动者、培育新型农民、开发农村劳动力资源直接而有效的途径.调研显示,内蒙古乌兰察布市农业职业教育发展面临很多困境,如传统思想观念制约、经费投入不足、师资力量薄弱等.要更好地服务新农村建设,乌兰察布市必须突破对农业职业教育的传统认识和观念,改变对农业职业教育条块分割的管理局面,不断强化市场作用,探索“学校+公司十市场”的办学模式,同时加大师资建设和财政支持力度.
