| 摘 要： | 人事行政管理的优劣得失事关国家的兴衰存亡,古代尤然。20年来,有关西汉人事行政管理的研究硕果累累,对其进行系统的爬梳是十分必要的,通过整理找出其研究的精深之处与薄弱环节,将对西汉乃至整个中国古代人事行政管理的研究工作具有重要的参考意义。

| Abstract: | The superior and success measures adopted in management of personnel administration or not influenced statement's affairs,especially in ancient feudal society.Since1980s,there have been lots of excellent theses and writings emerged about management of personnel administration in Western Han Dynasty.It's necessary to sort out such theses and writings in system.Through it,we can find out the profound and weak sector from previous study,which has important reference values to the study on Western Han Dynasty's management of personnel administration,even to the whole ancient society. |
