摘    要:介绍了一种CCD落球法液体粘滞系数测定仪.在垂直放置且注入待测液体的圆柱形透明缸体内悬挂一个用以标定小球下落位置的直尺,图像采集系统对准圆柱形透明缸体的下部,把采集的小球下落过程和直尺的图像传送给计算机,在计算机的显示器上采用网格法或十字坐标法对小球下落过程的每一采样位置与直尺进行比较计算,求得小球的收尾速度并由此算出待测液体的粘滞系数.

Abstract:A CCD instrument to measure the liquid viscosity coefficient by falling ball is introduced. A straight scale is fixed in a transparent vat which contains the liquid to be measured. A CCD camera is used to record the whole process while the ball is falling. The terminal velocity can be obtained by measuing the position of the ball against the scale on each of these sequential images. And the liquid viscosity coefficient can then be calculated.
