核心素养视角下职校教师课堂教学诊断能力的构建

摘    要:作为开展教学诊断与改进工作主体的教师,普遍存在教学诊断意识薄弱、教学诊断理论水平较低、教学诊断实践能力较差的情况。文章从核心素养的视角出发构建教师课堂教学诊断能力,即文化基础诊断是课堂教学诊断的基础,自主发展诊断是课堂教学诊断的核心,社会参与诊断是课堂教学诊断的动力,以期为教师课堂教学诊断能力的提升给予帮助。

The Construction of Classroom Teaching Diagnostic Ability for Vocational School Teachers from the Perspective of Core Skills

Abstract:As a teacher who carries out the teaching diagnosis and improvement work, there is a general situation that the teaching diagnosis consciousness is weak, the teaching diagnosis theory level is low, and the teaching diagnosis practice ability is poor. This paper constructs the teacher classroom teaching diagnostic ability from the perspective of core literacy, that is, the cultural foundation is the basis of teaching diagnosis. In depe ndent development is the core of classroom teaching diagnosis. Social participation is the driving force of classroom teaching diagnosis. It is suggested that this paper will offer help and may improve teaching diagnosis ability of teachers.
