| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、理论分析等方法,解析了和谐家庭的内涵,论述了家庭体育对实现家庭成员的身心协调发展、促成家庭成员间的和睦平等、提升家庭成员的社会适应能力和促进家庭成员与自然和谐相处等方面的积极作用,旨在强调发展家庭体育对促进家庭和谐稳定意义重大而深远。

| Abstract: | Using literature,theoretical analysis and other methods,the article analyzes the content of a harmonious family,discusses that the family sports to achieve coordinated development of family members in body and mind,promote harmony and equality among family members,enhance social adaptation of family members and the promotion of family harmony with nature and other members,and it emphasizes the far-reaching significance of developing family sports since it can promote family harmony and stability. |
