| Abstract: | Called "beiga" in Tibetan nationality, rooted in the traditional cultures, wrestling is long standing and well-established with strong distinctive national features and rich flavor of life .It has derived from working people working practice and social life . Today Tibetan wrestling is spreading and developing along with the inter-mingling and infiltration of national cultures. |
