| Abstract: | The formation of the system of subrogation rights provides us with the resolutions for solving the triangle debt relation in the reality,and it also provides us with primary law basis for resolving the deputes of the debt of obligations and the debt of rights.It is a promise of justly performing the subrogation rights and guarantee for us to well understand the basical meaning and contents,the essential components,the performance conditions and its law validity. |
