| 摘 要： | 近代之初，西方政治思想世界经历了一次转型，出现了一种崭新的政治学范式。这一范式的本质是个人主义和理性主义的，而这一范式的首创者就是霍布斯。霍布斯将传统自然法思想改造为近代自然法，并在此基础上通过近代理性主义思维，构建了一个全新的、与以往完全不同的政治学体系。

| Abstract: | The world of politics has experienced a transformation at the beginning of the modem age, which has produced a new form of politics.The nature of the new form is individualism and rationalism. Hobbes is the pioneer of the new form. This paper analyses Hobbes＇ politics and points out that Hobbes transforms the traditional nature-law into modem nature-law, and on this basis builds new oolitics with mordem ration. |
