| 摘 要： | 分析营利性数字图书馆中著作权评估的必要性,以两种评估量化方法和市场法为基础,对评估结果进行组合预测,并加入反馈环节,采用VB6.0+Access集成开发模式,建立一个简单、低成本、互通性强、使用方便的适用于营利性数字图书馆的著作权评估系统,以合理评估营利性数字图书馆中著作权的真实价值。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity of the copyright valuation of profit digital library.The system is based on two quantitative methods and market-based method,and the feedback is added to combination-forecast the result of the assessment.It uses VB6.0+Access integrated development model to establish a low-cost,strong-interoperability,user-friendly copyright valuation system to valuate the copyright in profit digital libraries. |
